We were asked to run workshops for a week over the Easter holidays at the lovely Discover Children’s Story Centre in Stratford (upon Jubilee not Avon) to tie in with the current exhibition of Doctor Seuss’ work. It was a drop in session without any definite numbers and a remit to inspire the visitors to be more creative at home as well.
Starting with 4 templates echoing the characters the children had seen in the exhibition, some bright felt and lots of bits and bobs so many different beautiful creations emerged. The children and carers were full of creativity and energy, hope they didn’t make too much mess when they got home with all the ideas they were full of!
